Description

Provide program-level architecture direction for the Personal Investor CRM and lead modernization of monolithic applications.

You will direct the architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, covering Sales and Service modules.

Responsibilities

• Direct architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service) in Online and On-Premise environments.
• Provide technical guidance for all Microsoft Dynamics customizations and AWS-based transactional or bulk integrations.
• Design components within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Document and communicate architectural standards to IT members and stakeholders.
• Lead technical forums to brainstorm and standardize new architectural patterns.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technical architecture and development.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service).
• Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
• Proficiency with MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and SSRS.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture using REST, ODATA WebAPIs, and SSIS packages.
• Experience with middleware tools, specifically Dell Boomi.
• Proven ability in data migration, including data analysis, mapping, and harmonization.
• Experience using Azure services for integration, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of latest Dynamics 365 features such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.
