Description

You will own the end-to-end development and support of applications within the CRM portfolio, adhering to established SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from initial development through day-to-day support.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability.
• Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
• Collaborate on architectural roadmaps while following enterprise guidelines.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (latest version).
• Strong experience using the CRM SDK for development, deployment, and customization.
• Knowledge of Dataverse API development and API service management in Azure API Management.
• Experience with ASP.NET and SQL Server (L3).
• Hands-on experience with TDD and CI/CD delivery.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, JIRA, and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure APIs, real-time data flows, and process orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI reporting and Power Automate flows.
• Background in banking domain CRM implementations.
