Description

You will manage testing lifecycles for Dynamics CRM applications, ensuring functional verification and automation coverage.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and estimate testing efforts for all planned activities.
• Design test cases, scenarios, and plans for UAT, covering Retail CRM, Customer 360, service requests, and onboarding.
• Supervise SIT for code changes and manage UAT for production fixes to ensure system reliability.
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium-WebDriver and contribute to the automation framework.
• Produce daily status dashboards, defect status reports, and project closure documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Proficiency with Dynamics CRM.
• Experience as an Automation Tester.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium-WebDriver.
• Ability to develop and improve Automation Frameworks.
• Experience managing UAT across multiple countries and complex scenarios.
• Strong capability in requirement gathering and artifact review.

• Experience leading resource and leave management.
