Description

You will develop, implement, and maintain CRM deployments across multiple environments while modernizing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement custom features in Microsoft Dynamics and D365 Power Automate cloud flows.
• Support and update Microsoft Azure Function Apps and Azure Logic Apps.
• Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications and monitor performance issues.
• Build Proof of Concepts to test new functionalities and recommend implementation best practices.
• Create and maintain application solution documentation and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on CRM development.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 (Power Platform, Power Automate, Apps).
• 2+ years building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven apps.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service and M365 ecosystem integration.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery team.

Preferred Skills

• Mainframe experience.
