Responsibilities:
Provide production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
Develop, enhance, and maintain D365 CRM customizations and integrations
Build and support Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new technologies and functionality
Design, develop, test, and deploy CRM and Power Platform solutions
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 and Dataverse environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to modernize and automate business processes
Troubleshoot application issues and support performance optimization efforts
Create technical documentation, solution documentation, and user guides
Participate in Agile development activities including estimation, planning, and delivery
Provide after-hours support when required
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform development experience
2+ years of experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Strong experience with:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Dataverse / Common Data Service
Azure Functions
Azure Logic Apps
C# and .NET development
Experience integrating solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Portal Development experience
Power BI experience
Experience designing and implementing enterprise CRM solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
