Description

You will own the development, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and Power Platform solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain D365 CRM customizations, integrations, and solutions.
• Build and support Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 and Dataverse environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to modernize processes and create technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and participate in Agile delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform development.
• 2+ years of experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Dataverse / Common Data Service.
• Understanding of integrating solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, estimation, and planning.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Portal Development experience.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise CRM solutions.
