Description

You design and implement technical solutions for CRM system integrations and business process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine data feasibility and necessary modifications.
• Define data formats and mappings for interfaces between disparate systems.
• Document system requirements, including functionality allocation across presentation layers and backend services.
• Perform application and services testing to validate changes and research behavior.
• Identify root causes of system issues using logs, database information, and scenario testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
• Deep understanding of XML and JSON data structures.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience managing system-to-system integrations via internal and vendor APIs.
• Proficiency in Configuration Management and Error Handling.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with native mobile applications and responsive web applications.
• Experience with internal Customer Service Representative applications interfacing with cloud-native microservices.
