You will manage and optimize the organization's Salesforce CRM and Five9 call center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM and Five9 call center platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within CRM and call center environments.
• Manage integration and seamless operation between Salesforce and Five9.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Implement proactive platform improvements to align with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis or business systems support.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM.
• Direct experience supporting Five9 platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships for platform support.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
