Description

You will design and implement end-to-end CRM solutions for large-scale transformation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct solution approach workshops and requirement gathering sessions with client stakeholders to perform gap-fit analysis.
• Design high-level As-Is and To-Be architectures and technical specifications for CRM implementation.
• Develop integration designs for enterprise systems, including MS Outlook and SharePoint.
• Manage project roadmaps, implementation plans, and coordination between offshore teams and third-party vendors.
• Oversee data migration processes and the creation of custom SSRS reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in techno-functional CRM roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience extending Dynamics CRM via plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM security models.
• Proven track record in data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar tools.
• Experience with SharePoint and CRM integration.
• Ability to design and execute complex integration specifications.
• Strong background in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills
