Description

You will administer and support the Veeva CRM platform for field and internal users.

Responsibilities

• Manage user creation, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Support CLM content management and deployment.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience as a Veeva CRM Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Veeva CRM built on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in user management, configuration, and basic customization.
• Knowledge of reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
• Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma domain.
• Exposure to Veeva Vault.
