Description

Lead enterprise CRM assessment and consolidation planning to streamline platform usage and define future-state roadmaps.

Engage with senior business leaders to document current workflows, data flows, and pain points across five existing CRM systems. Facilitate visioning sessions to align on business outcomes and develop consolidation options that detail risks, benefits, and organizational impact. Produce an actionable roadmap covering priorities, timelines, and change management strategies.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise CRM assessments or consolidation efforts.

• CRM-agnostic approach to objectively analyzing multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to guide organizations through business process change and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences.
