Description

You will lead end-to-end CRM implementations using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 and MS CRM implementation projects.
• Gather and map business requirements to technical CRM solutions.
• Configure D365 workflows, business rules, forms, and views.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create technical documentation including BRD, FRD, FDD, and test cases.

Required Skills

• Extensive functional consulting experience with D365 or Microsoft CRM.
• Expertise in CRM configuration and business process mapping.
• Proven experience managing UAT and data migration processes.
• Strong ability to produce BRD, FRD, and FDD documentation.
• Proficiency in managing business process flows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PowerApps.
• Experience with Power Automate.
