Description

You will manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and underlying server infrastructure, ensuring system stability and user accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and security within Dynamics 365, including roles, teams, and business units.
• Resolve application bugs and handle support tickets through ServiceNow.
• Maintain Windows servers by managing upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting server-related issues.
• Liaise with end users, clients, and third-party vendors to resolve technical queries.
• Execute SQL queries and manage reporting tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT professional experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Project experience with Dynamics 365 Online, specifically Sales, Service, and Field Service modules.
• Proficiency in Windows Server management and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL queries, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Azure.
• Experience with ticket management systems like ServiceNow.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform.
