Description

You will lead CRM initiatives focused on Oracle Service Cloud implementation and optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of CRM solutions within cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Define and document detailed functional and technical specifications for CRM features.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across various business and technical groups.
• Guide projects utilizing best practices in customer service and contact center operations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in CRM leadership or consulting.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud (Fusion).
• Strong capability in stakeholder management and onsite team leadership.
• Proficiency in creating detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with JavaScript and PHP within CRM contexts.
• Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Knowledge of customer experience analytics and reporting using Oracle BI.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle B2C Service Certified).
