Description

You will design and lead the technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE marketing solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures that translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead design discussions directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Direct technical teams through the implementation of solution designs.
• Configure and customize the D365 Marketing module to meet specific business needs.
• Manage real-time integrations between D365 and third-party applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft D365 CE.
• Expertise in D365 Marketing module customizations and configurations.
• Proven experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience integrating D365 with Twilio and SendGrid for SMS, Dialer, and email communications.
• Hands-on experience with real-time third-party application integrations.
• Ability to lead technical design sessions and bridge the gap between business and engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
