Description

You will design, develop, and integrate CRM systems using .NET technologies and lead technical teams through the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into functional CRM and .NET technical solutions.
• Design technical architectures and create detailed design documentation.
• Lead CRM integration and .NET application development teams.
• Perform risk analysis, mitigation, and research to propose technical alternatives.
• Manage task estimation, planning, and delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and PR reviews to ensure quality delivery.
• Reverse engineer existing applications to extend and support them.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in .NET 5+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server DB, LINQ, and Entity Framework/ORM.
• Experience with Web API, JSON, and RESTful design.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Ability to implement unit testing and use tools like Postman or Swagger.
• B.Tech in CS/IT or equivalent degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, OData, and SOAP.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Plugins and Custom Workflows.
