Own the CRM product backlog, Salesforce optimization roadmap, and vendor deliverables to align execution with leadership strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the transparent product backlog and program log using Jira and Monday.com.
• Direct the CRM delivery stream, partnering with the Business Analyst and Program Manager to refine requirements and map capacity.
• Evaluate and triage cross-functional intake requests to maintain focus on high-priority milestones.
• Manage the Salesforce integration roadmap, prioritizing data syncs and reducing technical debt with engineering teams.
• Validate third-party vendor deliverables to ensure scope compliance and enforce data privacy standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing enterprise CRM products, agile backlogs, or technical projects.
• Required hands-on experience with Salesforce platform optimization and integration.
• Proven track record leading large-scale CRM consolidations or legacy platform migrations.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Monday.com for tracking high-volume technical backlogs.
• Experience managing external systems integrators, consultants, and offshore development teams.
• Ability to drive scale through process automation and smart prioritization in matrixed organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance in automated marketing contexts.
• Experience establishing CRM QA standards and data verification workflows.
