Description

You will coordinate project timelines and deliverables to support the Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Care Programs, including strategic direction and coordination with agencies, printers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Support the Customer Experience team through auditing, reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Handle support requests, ad-hoc tasks, and small projects to improve customer experience.
• Track ongoing activities and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a project management or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean practices.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with internal and external business partners to follow up on documentation.
• Strong communication skills for delivering complex messages.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
