Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing of CRM applications and business workflows.
• Test REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform regression, integration, and API testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
• Develop API test scripts and support test automation.
• Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency and test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure application quality through different testing methods.

Experience Required:

• 4-8 years of experience in QA, Functional Testing, or Software Testing.
• Hands-on experience in CRM testing and API testing.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Postman, and Swagger.
• Experience in test case design, execution, regression testing, and defect management.
• Exposure to API automation or scripting.
• Experience using AI tools for software testing.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
