Description

Lead Salesforce delivery teams to implement enterprise-scale software solutions for US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including product backlog management, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
• Act as the primary customer interface to manage stakeholder relationships, project gates, and governance.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Developers to facilitate the creation of technical design documents.
• Manage project margins and resource utilization, including tracking timesheets and budget adherence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects in a business consulting or systems development capacity.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Direct experience managing teams of 10+ people.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects at a program level.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource constraints.
• Strong project leadership and management methodology expertise.
• Salesforce.com Certifications.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Additional Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer).
