Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM solutions throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Siebel CRM components including Business Components, Views, Applets, and Roles.
• Develop event-driven configurations using Workflow Policies and Run-time Events.
• Implement EAI integrations via Business Services, Web Services, and scripting.
• Manage Siebel administration, production support, system maintenance, and upgrades.
• Document system specifications, operating procedures, and installation instructions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Siebel 8 and above.
• Proficiency in Oracle Siebel CRM Configuration and Open UI.
• Strong experience with Siebel eScript and Workflow.
• Hands-on experience with EAI Integrations and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
• Ability to write SQL queries for report building.
• Experience with full life cycle implementation projects.
