Description

You will develop and maintain Siebel CRM solutions through the full implementation life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Siebel components including Business Components, Views, Applets, Roles, and Workflows.
• Develop EAI integrations using Business Services, Web Services, and scripting.
• Implement event-driven configurations using Workflow Policies and Run-time Events.
• Manage Siebel administration, production support, system maintenance, and upgrades.
• Document system specifications, operating procedures, and installation instructions.

Required Skills

• Deep technical and functional experience with Siebel 8 and above.
• Proficiency in Oracle Siebel CRM Configuration and Open UI.
• Hands-on experience with eScript and general scripting.
• Experience with EAI Integrations, Business Services, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
• Ability to write SQL queries for report building.
• Experience with full life cycle implementation projects.
• 1+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
