Description

You will design end-to-end CRM architectures and lead implementation, migration, and digital transformation initiatives. You define solution architecture, data models, security, and integration strategies for scalable CRM platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and implement integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership, review technical designs, and ensure code quality and deployment strategies.
• Drive continuous platform improvements, identify risks, and support solution estimation and proof-of-concept activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in CRM Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CX Cloud, or SAP CRM.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Experience designing cloud-based CRM solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of data migration, master data management, and CRM data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of security models, authentication (OAuth, SSO), and role-based access control.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• CRM platform certifications (Salesforce Application/System Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
