Description

You will lead the design and implementation of the Client Health Cloud platform, defining architecture for large-scale Patient Support Programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture patterns for Health Cloud, including patient journey, case management, and engagement workflows.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, design specifications, and C4 Model diagrams.
• Develop strategies and logic to integrate partner services such as Benefits Verification, Co-Pay, and Dispense.
• Conduct hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to verify solution feasibility and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Oversee SF Health Cloud implementations and integrations while ensuring alignment with Enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Mitigate technical risks and manage architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Safeguard protected health information (PHI) by enforcing strict security protocols and privacy standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Extensive experience architecting solutions using Client OmniStudio, including Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and Data Raptors.
• Deep knowledge of designing, developing, and optimizing Client HealthCloud applications.
• Experience with FHIR data integrations, data privacy, security, and consent management.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, and Python.
• Technical familiarity with AWS, Terraform, GitHub, and AutoRabit.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Client certified Application and System Architect.
• Experience with Tableau and PowerBI.
