Description
You will design, configure, and integrate CRM solutions to support sales, marketing, and service operations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and end-to-end CRM processes.
- Customize CRM applications, including user interfaces, data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Integrate CRM systems with ERP, BI, and marketing automation tools using APIs and middleware.
- Develop custom enhancements and extensions through custom code, scripts, and plugins.
- Manage data migration strategies, including cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure system scalability and performance.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
- Provide ongoing application support, incident management, and vendor collaboration for updates.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in CRM technical implementation and solution design.
- Proficiency in SAP CRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP, JavaScript, Apex, or .NET for custom development.
- Experience implementing data interfaces and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of data migration and integrity management.
- Ability to create technical design specifications and configuration guides.
- Any Graduate degree.
