You will design, configure, and integrate CRM solutions to support sales, marketing, and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and end-to-end CRM processes.
• Customize CRM applications, including user interfaces, data models, workflows, and business rules.
• Integrate CRM systems with ERP, BI, and marketing automation tools using APIs and middleware.
• Manage data migration strategies, including cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Provide ongoing application support, incident management, and vendor collaboration for updates.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in CRM technical implementation and solution design.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP, JavaScript, Apex, or .NET for custom development.
• Experience implementing data interfaces and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of data migration and integrity management.
• Ability to create technical design specifications and configuration guides.
• Any Graduate degree.
