Description

You will lead the technical direction for Microsoft Dynamics CRM development projects and oversee the full system development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, scoping, and estimation for CRM customizations and reports.
• Manage and delegate developer tasks while ensuring quality control and rigorous testing.
• Implement data migration and system integrations using Web API and Web Services.
• Develop custom solutions within Dynamics CRM to meet specific business requirements.
• Deliver technical documentation and design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Proven track record of completing at least 3 full live CRM implementations.
• Extensive experience with C# .NET, Visual Studio, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM SDK and .NET (Web/Windows Forms).
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong ability to perform technical estimations for customizations and testing.
• Experience integrating systems via Web API or Web Services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for direct client coordination.
