Description

You will lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of CRM capabilities for onboarding, sales automation, and customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of CRM capabilities across sales, support, and customer journeys.
• Provide hands-on engineering leadership through code development, technical reviews, and resolving blockers.
• Drive integrations between core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party CRM solutions.
• Mentor developers on design patterns, coding practices, automated testing, and modern methodologies.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and product teams to align technical direction within Agile delivery.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong backend engineering expertise in Java, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
