You drive the overall technical architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
• Oversee complex customizations, integrations, and development activities.
• Design and implement CRM enhancements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Guide development teams through solution implementation and design reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically Sales modules.
• Hands-on experience with .NET development and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in complex CRM customizations and integrations.
• Experience adhering to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM plugins, workflows, and CRM portals.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
