Description

You will lead technical efforts for CRM solutions, designing and delivering scalable Dynamics 365 architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CRM solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead application design, integration strategy, and performance/scalability requirements.
• Develop, debug, and test programs using .Net and JavaScript to meet technical standards.
• Provide technical clarifications and lead design discussions directly with clients.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in CRM Sales modules.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 technical customizations and configurations.
• Proficiency in .Net, JavaScript, Workflows, and Portal development.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions.
• Ability to work directly with clients and lead design discussions.
• Knowledge of plugins and system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile – Scrum ways of working.
