Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Dynamics CRM applications, from installation and configuration to customization and deployment. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications and design integration solutions for backend services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality code, configurations, and customizations for specific CRM modules.
• Lead validation for testing, implementation, transition, and warranty support activities.
• Assess and document current state architecture and platform integrations.
• Facilitate client meetings and strategy sessions to align CRM usage with business goals.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in CRM development and implementation.
• Expertise in .NET development and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of SOA and design patterns including MVC and MVP.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM portal, Power Apps portals, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Customer Service, Project Service Automation, and Marketing CRM apps.
• Proficiency with Model-driven apps.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for deployments to Dynamics 365 and Azure environments.
