Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Dynamics CRM applications, from installation and configuration to customization and deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design integration solutions for backend services.
• Deliver high-quality code, configurations, and customizations for specific CRM modules.
• Lead validation for testing, implementation, transition, and warranty support activities.
• Assess and document current state architecture and platform integrations.
• Facilitate client meetings and strategy sessions to align CRM usage with business goals.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in CRM development and implementation.
• Expertise in .NET development and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of SOA and design patterns including MVC and MVP.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM portal, Power Apps portals, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Customer Service, Project Service Automation, and Marketing CRM apps.
• Proficiency with Model-driven apps.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for deployments to Dynamics 365 and Azure environments.
