Description

Bridge business requirements with technical implementation in the Microsoft ecosystem using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Develop customizations including plugins, web resources, custom actions, and workflows.
• Build custom connectors for Power Automate using REST-based APIs to integrate multiple data sources.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and solution architecture.
• Manage data migrations and mentor junior team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (versions 2011 through 2016).
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Technical experience with JavaScript, plugin development, and web resources.
• Proven ability to manage integrations via REST-based APIs and perform data migrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in solution architecture and enterprise application development.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide client advisory.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform Functional certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 - CRM certification.
• Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer certification.
