Description
You will manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for CRM modules to ensure system stability and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on technical specifications and user stories.
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing across contact management, sales automation, and marketing modules.
- Conduct performance testing to assess system scalability, stability, and responsiveness under load.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools while collaborating with developers on resolutions.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity to ensure consistency and compliance with governance policies.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts to increase test coverage and streamline processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in CRM testing.
- Expertise in test planning and execution.
- Proficiency in functional and regression testing.
- Experience conducting performance testing.
- Strong skills in data validation and integrity verification.
- Ability to perform usability testing on UI and UX.
- Experience with bug tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Proven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
