Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery for CRM/CPQ initiatives using Salesforce and Confluence. You own the team’s workflow, removing impediments and ensuring timely sprint completion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain Agile cadence.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and ensure story readiness.
• Guide the team in estimation practices and help define product goals and roadmap priorities.
• Remove impediments preventing the team from achieving sprint and PI goals.
• Interpret velocity and burndown metrics to provide data-driven visibility of performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Deep proficiency with Agile Methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience supporting teams working within Salesforce and CPQ environments.
• Proven ability to facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team estimates.
• Strong skills in removing impediments and fostering a collaborative, trusting team environment.
• Experience with project coordination and supporting Agile team assistance.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Scrum Master certification (A-CSM) or SAFe certification.
• Experience with PI Planning and cross-functional team leadership.
