CRM/Salesforce Developer

You will design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions and configurations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with CRM platform customizations and configurations.
• 5+ years of web application development using C#, MVC, XML, and WCF/REST services or WebAPI.
• 3+ years of experience developing .NET plugins using C# and JavaScript for customizations.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET Framework 3.5+ and IIS 7.5+.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex T-SQL queries.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports using SSRS.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with City of New York agencies.
