Description

You will own the development and maintenance of the cross-enrollment data solution, focusing on program eligibility identification and data source integration across health and human services programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software code for the cross-enrollment data solution.
• Integrate and interface existing systems and databases with applications, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Validate cross-enrollment analysis model results and coordinate debugging efforts with the dashboard team.
• Participate in system and database design discussions to optimize performance and scalability.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals for maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL.
• 8 years of relevant work experience managing and implementing data or system integration projects.
• Experience with MySQL, Oracle, PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS.
• Proven ability to develop and execute test plans and conduct system testing.
• Experience performing code reviews and adhering to established development methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with data architects, business intelligence developers, and subject matter experts.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
