JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Crypto Operations Specialist to manage daily digital asset operations, including trade settlements, reconciliations, and wallet management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cryptocurrency operations and a strong understanding of post-trade processes within a fast-paced fintech environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily cryptocurrency trade settlement activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform trade and settlement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across the post-trade lifecycle
• Monitor and manage digital asset inventory and settlement obligations
• Administer cryptocurrency wallet whitelisting and related controls
• Support banking operations including onboarding beneficiaries and payment processes
• Maintain and manage operational data related to trades and counterparties
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risks

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 4-5 years of experience in crypto or digital asset operations
• Strong experience in trade settlement and reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and post-trade lifecycle
• Experience with wallet management and whitelisting processes
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience working with trading and finance teams in fintech environments
• Knowledge of operational risk management and controls
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

GOOD TO HAVE:
• Experience in banking operations or payment processing
• Exposure to scaling operations in high-growth fintech environments
