Description

You will develop and support reporting solutions within the Trackwise quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and resolve L2 & L3 support issues, including record issues, workflow configuration issues, and access problems.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and data validation to identify quality issues, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Perform regular support tasks such as PR import, Master data import, and user access creation.
• Own Crystal Reports development and configuration within Trackwise.
• Participate in project meetings and planning activities while applying knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of sound experience with Trackwise configuration, coordinator configuration, and Crystal Reports development.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of the Trackwise database structure.
• Experience with Web Services development.
• Familiarity with interfaces connected to Trackwise, including SFS, JDEL, ETL, and SAP.
• Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and the Life sciences domain.
• Understanding of business processes such as Complaint, Deviation, Audit, and CAPA.
• Experience working with workflow configurations and resolving stuck record issues.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
