Description

Develop and support reporting solutions within the Trackwise quality management system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Crystal Reports development and configuration within Trackwise.
• Resolve L2 & L3 support issues, including record, workflow configuration, and access problems.
• Conduct data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and validation to identify quality issues.
• Perform regular support tasks such as PR import, Master data import, and user access creation.
• Participate in project meetings and planning activities applying SDLC knowledge.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of experience with Trackwise and coordinator configuration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of the Trackwise database structure.
• Experience with Web Services development.
• Familiarity with interfaces connected to Trackwise: SFS, JDEL, ETL, and SAP.
• Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and the Life sciences domain.
• Understanding of business processes such as Complaint, Deviation, Audit, and CAPA.
• Experience working with workflow configurations and resolving stuck record issues.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
