Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom reports to support business functions within ERP HCM and Time and Attendance environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Crystal Reports based on specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Analyze and extract data from various sources to ensure report accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize Crystal Reports to improve performance and meet evolving business needs.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with existing reports and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Crystal Reports Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Crystal Reports development, report design, and data sources.
• Direct experience working in ERP HCM or Time and Attendance environments.
• Ability to analyze data and perform troubleshooting for report-related issues.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, ADP, or Kronos.
• Knowledge of SQL and database query optimization.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
