Description

You will provide technical support and product feedback for Speech, Dialogflow, and Contact Center AI products.

Responsibilities

• Triage and investigate high-priority customer inquiries regarding product know-how, troubleshooting, and quality concerns.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for product teams.
• Collect customer data sets and run tests to troubleshoot issues.
• Optimize test results by running model variations with different parameters.
• Synthesize customer feedback and frequently asked questions to provide product recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Experience interacting with enterprise customers and driving cross-functional technical projects.
• Proficiency in Application Development and Technical Support.
• Experience with Dialogflow and Databases.
• Ability to define and manage Technical Requirements.
• Strong professional written communication in English.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with conversational AI products.
• Software development experience in Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, or C++.
• Experience with web technology, including development, sysadmin, setup, configuration, and deployment.
