Description

Oversee field supervision, multi-trade coordination, and project execution for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly progress meetings with Superintendents, Foremen, and project teams to identify scope gaps, risks, and recovery plans.
• Manage field supervision and coordination of multiple trades, spending the majority of your time on-site.
• Develop, update, and enforce project schedules, tracking baseline variances and providing detailed daily progress reports.
• Review and implement Contract Documents and Specifications, including field verification of existing conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors, design/engineering, and QA/Commissioning teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and MEP system turnover.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing multi-discipline commercial or industrial projects for a General Contractor.
• Proven delivery of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety, and Controls scopes.
• Advanced experience with architectural build-outs, including high-quality finishes for offices, cafeterias, and restrooms.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting Contract Documents, Specifications, and MEP codes.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and Construction Cost/Data Analysis.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field.
