You will own data strategies and advanced analytical solutions for complex business needs. You translate business questions into structured analytical approaches, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop data visualization solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or ThoughtSpot to communicate insights effectively.
• Apply statistical techniques including segmentation, regression, decision trees, and forecasting to resolve unique business challenges.
• Wrangle and manipulate complex data from multiple sources, leveraging a strong understanding of internal data structures and warehousing.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for leadership teams, engaging with risk, compliance, and internal analytic communities.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance and legal regulations across all projects and analytical applications.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Management Reporting, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in analytical languages and platforms: SQL, SAS, Python, and Teradata.
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools: SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, and/or ThoughtSpot.
• Strong grasp of data structures, data warehousing concepts, and data manipulation.
• Post-graduate degree (MBA, M.Tech, M.Sc., or equivalent) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to solve highly complex problems with deep analytical curiosity and logical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with high proficiency in grammar and articulating findings.
• Strong project management and coordination skills for delivering large-scale initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, such as consumer credits or small business banking.
