Description

You will design, configure, and own the technical solution for the CSDM and ITOM platform, ensuring successful customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and execute development solutions.
• Transform Global Customer models to CSDM 4.0 and implement ServiceNow applications.
• Build scoped applications, datasets, and transform maps for data import from external sources.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira) using JDBC, REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Document all technical work to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and configuring CSDM and ITOM.
• Strong scripting capabilities in JavaScript, Java, HTML, and Angular.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow components: Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, and Catalog Forms.
• Experience using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine to automate activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and develop custom solutions where configuration is insufficient.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

• CTA, CIS-SM, CIS-Discovery, CSA, or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
• External client consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead and advise on multiple projects simultaneously.
