You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the CMDB by defining data models and establishing relationships between configuration items (CIs).
- Develop integration strategies to synchronize data from various external systems into the CMDB.
- Establish governance and operational methodologies for data quality, access control, and change management.
- Provide technical leadership regarding ServiceNow platform capabilities, specifically within ITSM and ITOM.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to translate organizational requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members on CMDB design, implementation, and platform best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Deep expertise in CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
- Proven experience with data modeling, data integration, and database design.
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to manage data accuracy, completeness, and synchronization across systems.
- Strong technical communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with Python.
