Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the CMDB by defining data models and establishing relationships between configuration items (CIs).
  • Develop integration strategies to synchronize data from various external systems into the CMDB.
  • Establish governance and operational methodologies for data quality, access control, and change management.
  • Provide technical leadership regarding ServiceNow platform capabilities, specifically within ITSM and ITOM.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to translate organizational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members on CMDB design, implementation, and platform best practices.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
  • Deep expertise in CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Proven experience with data modeling, data integration, and database design.
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to manage data accuracy, completeness, and synchronization across systems.
  • Strong technical communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Experience with Python.
