You will design, configure, and own the technical solution for the CSDM and ITOM platform to ensure successful customer deployments.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and execute the agreed-upon solution.
Transform the Global Customer model to CSDM 4.0 and configure ServiceNow applications.
Develop scoped applications using Studio, Flow Designer, and the Workflow Engine.
Build data sets and transform maps to import data from external sources.
Document all technical work to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow Applications, specifically CSDM and ITOM.
Strong scripting capabilities in JavaScript, Java, HTML, and Angular.
Proficiency in creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, and Catalog Forms.
Experience automating activities using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
Strong technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems (AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira) using JDBC, REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair common configuration issues.
Preferred Skills
External client consulting experience.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
