Description

You will design, configure, and own the technical solution for the CSDM and ITOM platform to ensure successful customer deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and execute the agreed-upon solution.
• Transform the Global Customer model to CSDM 4.0 and configure ServiceNow applications.
• Develop scoped applications using Studio, Flow Designer, and the Workflow Engine.
• Build data sets and transform maps to import data from external sources.
• Document all technical work to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow Applications, specifically CSDM and ITOM.
• Strong scripting capabilities in JavaScript, Java, HTML, and Angular.
• Proficiency in creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, and Catalog Forms.
• Experience automating activities using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
• Strong technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems (AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira) using JDBC, REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common configuration issues.

Preferred Skills

• External client consulting experience.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
