Description

Design and implement the foundational architecture for the ServiceNow product across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to create a backbone for ServiceNow modules.
• Map diverse ServiceNow modules together to ensure data model integrity.
• Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow product structures.
• Produce technical artifacts and documentation outlining implementation strategies and workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in system architecture and design specifically related to CSDM.
• Hands-on experience with CSDM 4.0 within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in MS Power App and Power BI for low-code/no-code development and data demonstration.
• Proven track record of mapping various ServiceNow modules into a unified model.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Ability to communicate technical architecture and "the why" to VP-level stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
