Manage the functional implementation and administration of the Cornerstone OnDemand platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Learning Admin Console to create and update learning objects, curricula, and learning assignments.
• Execute organizational implementation of learning programs using Reporting 2.0, custom reports, and course catalogs.
• Utilize Edge Import, Integration, and CSOD API Explorer to manage platform functionality.
• Perform quality analysis and communicate with customers regarding issue severity and impact.
• Conduct post-deployment testing and engage with new releases to ensure adherence to CSOD processes.

Required Skills

• CSOD Learning Expert Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis or platform administration.
• Proficiency with the CSOD Admin Console.
• Hands-on experience with CSOD API Explorer and Edge Import/Integration.
• Experience managing security roles and reporting tools within CSOD.
• Knowledge of LXP (Learning Experience Platform) engagement, specifically Edcast.
